Ivan M. Waldman
Ivan M. Waldman is admitted to practice in New York, Maryland, and Washington DC. Beginning his legal career as a public defender in New York City with the Legal Aid Society Criminal Defense Division, he gained valuable trial experience and the best training in how to litigate before Judges and Juries, including the Appellate Courts in Maryland and Washington, DC.
Mr Waldman has had a number of published appellate decisions. In his over twenty-five years of practicing law, Mr. Waldman has represented clients in personal injury matters recovering millions of dollars for claimants. Mr. Waldman also is active in the firm’s criminal and traffic practice and has obtained scores of acquittals in jury and bench trials.

Carlos A. Espinosa
Carlos A. Espinosa is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, where he focuses his practice on litigation of personal injury matters, workers’ compensation, criminal and traffic defense, family law, and immigration assistance.
Mr. Espinosa graduated from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law. While a student at the University of Baltimore, Mr. Espinosa was a member of the editorial review for the University Of Baltimore Journal Of Environmental Law, and was a volunteer of the School’s Immigration Clinic, where he provided assistance to refugees from the Balkan conflict.
While at the Law Offices of Ivan Waldman & Associates, Mr. Espinosa focuses his practice in representing the interest of injured workers in Maryland and the District of Columbia, having litigated numerous claims in the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and the District of Columbia’s Office of Employment Services. Mr. Espinosa has also litigated numerous personal injury claims in the courts of Maryland and Washington, DC and also has provided representation for clients accused of criminal and traffic offenses.
Carlos A. Espinosa is a native of Chile, having arrived in the U.S. some 37 years ago. Mr. Espinosa served and retired from the U.S Air Force, and is committed to the representation of clients from all walks of life and nationalities that walk through the doors of this law office.
